Beautizone offers free UK delivery when you spend over £50. Standard, express and next-working-day delivery options may also be available, depending on your order, delivery address and the time the order is placed. Available services and charges are shown at checkout.
Standard UK delivery normally takes approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch. Express delivery usually takes 1–3 working days, while next-working-day delivery is available for eligible orders placed before the stated cut-off time. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and bank holidays unless otherwise shown.
Eligible unused and unopened products can normally be returned within 14 days, subject to our returns policy. For hygiene reasons, certain products—including wigs, hair extensions, ponytails, opened cosmetics and some personal-care products—cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect. Please review our Returns Policy before sending anything back.
