These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.beautizone.co.uk and your purchase of products from Beautizone Ltd. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Ordering & Contract Formation
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these Terms & Conditions.
A legally binding contract is formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders prior to dispatch for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or verification issues.
3. Order Processing & Cancellation
We aim to process and dispatch all orders on the same working day or the next working day, subject to availability and verification.
Once an order has entered the picking, packing, or shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
If a cancellation request is made after this stage, the order must be delivered and returned in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy before any refund can be considered.
This applies even if a cancellation request is made shortly after placing the order.
4. Prices, Payments & Security
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and card issuers. We do not store card details.
Beautizone Ltd reserves the right to pursue recovery for fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals where goods have been correctly supplied.
5. Delivery & Risk
Ownership and risk of goods pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery confirmation from our courier, including tracking and proof of delivery, is considered valid evidence of receipt.
Incorrect address details provided by the customer may result in failed delivery, delays, or loss, for which Beautizone Ltd cannot be held responsible.
6. Returns, Refunds & Hygiene Exemptions
All returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
Due to hygiene, safety, and consumer protection regulations, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Opened or used beauty, cosmetic, or personal care products

Sale or clearance items
Where a hygiene seal has been broken or packaging opened, the right to cancel is lost, as permitted under UK law.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Claims for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographic or video evidence.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected.
Any remedies offered will comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Chargebacks, Disputes & Abuse
Customers agree to contact Beautizone Ltd directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Where disputes are raised, we reserve the right to submit full evidence, including order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and customer communication logs.
Unjustified, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

9. Limitation of Liability
Beautizone Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of products supplied, except where required by law.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
Beautizone Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
