Terms and Conditions: Import Regulations and Customs Clearance

Failure to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for any associated costs.

6. **Return of Goods:**
If your order is rejected or confiscated by customs authorities and is returned to us, we will refund the product's cost, excluding shipping fees, once we receive the returned items. Any costs incurred due to the return of goods will be the customer's responsibility.

7. **Communication with Customs:**

8. **Changes to Customs Policies:**

9. **Indemnification:**
By placing an order with us, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses incurred as a result of non-compliance with customs regulations or import laws.
