International Orders – Customs & Import Regulations

Last updated: 30.12.2025

By placing an international order with Beautizone Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below regarding international shipping, customs clearance, and import regulations.

1. Customer Responsibility for Import Compliance

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products ordered comply with the import laws, customs regulations, and restrictions of the destination country.

Beautizone Ltd accepts no responsibility for delays, seizures, refusals, or penalties imposed by customs authorities.

2. Product Restrictions & Prohibited Items

Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of certain products, including but not limited to cosmetics, personal care items, perfumes, aerosols, or chemical-based products.

Customers must verify before ordering whether the products they intend to purchase are permitted in their country. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority or government agency prior to placing an order.

3. Customs Documentation

We provide standard export documentation required for international shipping, including:

  • Commercial invoices

  • Packing lists

Customers are responsible for supplying any additional documents, permits, or information requested by customs authorities in their country.

4. Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • Payment of these charges is the customer’s responsibility

Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned, held, or destroyed, and Beautizone Ltd shall not be liable for any resulting loss.

5. Customs Delays

International delivery times are estimates only.

Customs inspections and clearance procedures vary by country and may cause delays beyond our control. Beautizone Ltd is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing or regulatory checks.

6. Refused, Returned, or Seized Shipments

If an international shipment is:

  • Refused by the customer

  • Returned due to unpaid customs charges

  • Rejected or confiscated by customs authorities

Any costs incurred (return shipping, customs fees, destruction fees) will be deducted from any eligible refund.

If the goods are returned to us, a refund for the product value only (excluding shipping costs) may be issued once the items are received and inspected.

If goods are seized or destroyed, no refund will be issued.

7. Communication with Customs Authorities

While we will assist where possible by providing documentation, customers are responsible for direct communication with their local customs authorities to resolve any customs-related issues.

8. Changes in Customs Regulations

Customs laws and import regulations may change without notice.

Customers are responsible for staying informed about any regulatory changes that may affect their order. Beautizone Ltd cannot be held responsible for changes in customs requirements after an order has been placed.

9. Indemnity

By placing an international order, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beautizone Ltd from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Non-compliance with import regulations

  • Customs refusal or seizure

  • Failure to pay customs duties or taxes

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you:

  • Understand international shipping involves customs clearance

  • Accept responsibility for import compliance and charges
