I bought this hair and message on the same day that it accidentally bought the wrong hair. I asked for a refund and they never responded. I then emailed again and they haven’t responded at all. Terrible communication

An easy purchase to make. Good quality product and exactly as described with fast and efficient delivery. Used T27 and 613 to make an ash blonde mix for boho braids. Will certainly repurchase other items on Beautizone.

I ordered and can't fault the delivery service and colour of the hair is amazing, however I recently got it fitted into my hair and it's very itchy, but I'm confused because the packet states that it's itch-free.
