I use quite a lot but that's because my hair needed it when l bought it! I have very high porosity type 4 hair.. The moisture from this product lasts me about 3 days then l have to repeat.. I started near end of October it's now beginning of November I'm probably going to have to restock on a jumbo size I'm estimating by January or something l dont know lol.. . I like that my hair is also becoming softer and easier to comb through. I recommend because it's very affordable,smells great although it can leave some residue in hair and need to wash hands thoroughly as it's so thick.
