Magic Paddle Brush # 1038

I hate giving bad reviews but need to be honest. Firstly I can't say anything about either the braiding or human hair yet as it hasn't been used.
The paddle brush I ordered was not the one that came! The one delivered seems to be of poor quality with the colour chipping after one use and the brushes handle was.damaged.
I used the Adore colour which claimed to cover grey hair but though this is minimal on my head it remains...grey!
I had to email about my order after it hadn't arrived after about two weeks and I was getting worried I had been the victim of a scam website.! 🙈 However following an email sent to Beautizone, I have to give credit and say my package was delivered around two days later.
I would probably give this company one more try based on this but suggest they fulfill orders with what was advertised as being the item and keep to the delivery times given. 😉
