Fake item!!!

I’ve bought kurlykids before but this time Beautizone sent me fake goods! The bottles were leaking, the packaging came off immediately poor glue, and the serial numbers didn’t match anything! I’ve emails and no one has come back to me. I am reffing the matter to trading standards and Action Fraud
